A man told D_____ police that he was assaulted by his nephew Sunday evening while watching the "American Music Awards" on TV.
According to the D_____ Police incident report, the nephew made a comment about Justin Bieber's sexuality and his uncle told him to keep his opinions to himself.
The nephew became angry, slammed down a plate of chili fries, and told his uncle he would beat him up.
The 50-year-old victim was then allegedly struck in the head causing a small laceration to his forehead.
The nephew left the house on Oak Street before officers arrived and police are working to locate him, according to the report.
