Most controversial case EVER

"Working" as I do for some huge electrical legal whatsit, I should look up the case wherein whoever was the manufacturer of those "Chimney Sweeping Logs" was made to change the product name to the "Creosote Sweeping Log," probably in a lawsuit by a concern/amalgam/association of chimney sweeps, who said that the name was a misnomer, etc, etc.

As I say: I should. But I shan't!!

All Chuck and Blair all the time - sadly not an option

The problem I'm finding with Gossip Girl is the bad episodes are really bad - like, can't-hold-my-attention bad.

Then, last night, the Bride had me flick through the channels as I was watching the last five minutes of Antiques Roadshow, and there it was! Later than any we have seen so far. In the 100 seconds we saw, apparently Dan has a thing for Blair at this yet-to-be-watched-by-us point. DUMB.

Speaking of how I have never made and never will make any money at music...

I had my dad at the gerontologist on Wednesday (which was an adventure in itself: there was a guy in a wheelchair, obvs near-paraplegic and old Don was, like, all agog, "that guy hasn't moved the whole time he's been here!" - NICE!) and the TV, set to one of the last few soap operas, let fly with a commercial for Kleenex, of all things, which was duly soundtracked by Ambulance Ltd.'s song "Anecdote" (aka the song that sounds like George Harrison had a baby and called it "Young Turks" by Rod Stewart).

Weird! Glad the boys will get paid, I s'pose.
