"Apps"

Have you heard about this? Turns out it's short for "applications," just like with a computer only on a FancyPhone if you have one.
Sitting backstage at community theatre, doing nothing, I have "downloaded" such fun accessories as a level, a ruler, a flashlight, a guitar tuner, a 4-track recorder, an old video game called Tetris and even books!
They need a gewgaw that will project Isaac Mizrahi's Unzipped on the side of a building, however.

Which is Don?
He's actually the one on the right here, believe it or not!
This was dinner Friday night last week.
But what if I told you my dad had been doing some laundry earlier that very day, had then decided the pants he was wearing could do with a wash, had taken said khakis off, washed them with his wallet still in the pocket, then tried to dry said wallet in the microwave?
What say you then?

Olympia!

Yes, I do find it exciting that Bryan Ferry has gotten off his posh arse and made a proper album, complete with the obligatory completely hookless single (which samples Roxy's "True to Life"!), expensive-appearing video and a Peter Saville-y LP cover featuring that old slag Kate Moss!
Why, don't you?
It also serves to remind me: how does this guy still have money? I mean, sure, he's a household word in the UK and probably Switzerland and somewhere you wouldn't expect like Lebanon or Israel or Brazil, but, still...
