Arsenic...in RICE???

This makes me crazy - arsenic collects naturally in rice, leeched from the surrounding water and swampy loam.  For some reason, rice is particularly amenable to this.  Even then the amounts are negligible. 

Now, though, it's suddenly a concern!  People are worried.  Never mind all the shit tons of rice people jave eaten for a half-gazillion years.  It wasn't the booze that killed Ghenghis [sp?) Khan on his wedding night - it was the accumulated rice poisoning!

We should have known this would leak out - arsenic is an anagram of NSA Rice! Idnit?  @#%$&*^ Assange!

Screw it!  I'm going to go ahead and HAVE SOME RICE TONIGHT!

Taqueria Mixteca and Rafe

We were at our fave Mexican place last night (and they are moving even closer to our hovel, so my heart will explode THAT much faster!), and some of the ladies took turns passing about a certain small human/rabbit amalgam.  Only fair, he's made of about 40% water and 60% queso!

Why no Nick Eddy Relents cologne/perfume line?

Well, it's complicated - but the short version is I would imagine I would be super-bored while the actual noses were putting the fragrances together, earn their wrath by leaving magazine fly-in cards all over every surface in their pristine ScentLab and then, when presented with prototypes, I would likely give pained expressions and vague corrective directions like "I dunno - can we make the scent, I dunno, rounder?"
