Rabe, y'all

Oh, yeah, we did the broccoli rabe last night and it was astounding.  Two tablespoons olive oil, eight whole peeled garlic cloves, pepper flakes.  Get garlic to a golden state.  Throw in 1 lb or so rapini.  A little chicken broth.  Steam for six or seven minutes.  INSANE.
