Food post 4

A chef friend gives me crap because the Bride and I tried to make Eggs in Hell (eggs cooked in a pan of spiced-up tomato sauce) a tradition, either having it on Christmas eve or night or I forget which.  He scoffed, perhaps at the simplicity of the prep involved.

One of the things I had hoped to get around to (besides recording a "sequenced" dance record as Wish Systems) during my stint of unemployment was the setting up and maintaining of eggsinhell.org, a site that would further the presence of the eggs in hell dish, globally (I got so far as to register the francophile domain name, oeufsenbas.fr).  Alas, further promoting of this amazing meal will be up to YOU, gentle reader.
