I would not like to be one of those bloggers

who spends his time pointing out specifics of just where Mad Men nicked shit from John Cheever.  As I say, I would not like to do this, but Sunday's show had elements of "The Summer Farmer," "The Enormous Radio" and "The Country Husband."
