Elevator lingo

As had been mentioned before, I like to pick up bits of lingo from random trades and such, so if i am ever called upon by circumstance to save lives by faking my way around, I dunno, train engineering, I will be prepared.  Today: elevators!  Was in one with a couple of elevator repair techs who said things like "I moved it a strong quarter inch - not quite 3/8ths..." and talked of little or no "rollback."  Rollback!  What a great elevator term that is.
