Mysterious

Shit got all sci-fi as traffic came to a dead stop for like five minutes as
smoke/steam/dust from a construction site flowed across the road.  Looking at
this picture, it would seem that the first pickup with door open was likely sent
by contractors up the hill to stop the traffic, but it was not readily apparent then.
In fact it was TERRIFYING.
