Prison wine question:
Hums "No Regrets" by Robbie Williams.
Can the fermentation process be stopped at a point before it all goes fully alcohol? That is, is their no-
alcohol prison wine? For the dude who got sober after prison, or in prison, but who missed that old flavor.
Fermentation occurs until the yeast has no more sugar to feed upon. So in a low sugar "wine" it is possible but there will still be some alcohol content. Thanks Dr. Science!
