You can thank Cory for remembering this

All through the late 90's I talked of opening a bar that only sold 40 oz. bottles of beer.  No cups were to be provided; however, the walls and all surfaces were to covered in one "side" of velcro and your bottle could be zipped into a sort of sleeve, as I saw it, of the "opposite" velcro, so you could stick your bottle on the wall.  Also, there would be a Long John Silver's fish establishment in the back, so all the velcro covers and wall coverings would become covered in grease and the working of the zippers on the sleeves would be, in time, clogged with the free "extra crispies" provided like mixed nuts or pretzels.  The name of the bar would be Center Quart.

So this could happen:

"Hey, can I get a quart of Stroh's?"

"Sorry, we only have forties."

"But you're called Center Quart..."

"SO?"

etc
