A post to bitch about Rolling Stone AND the Gaslight Anthem

Punk!  But loves Bruce!

Rolling Stone (which blows and has for since nigh forever) of course loves the BruceLite antics of the Gaslight Anthem.  Or course they do.  They go so far as to give them a little blob in the Rick Ross ish where they allow the band to protest that Bruce is not their sole influence.  Who, then, also influence this Dashboard Confessional-for-the-10's bag o' dicks?

Paul Westerberg (punk! yet a songwriter! did you know Rod Stewart almost covered "Unsatisfied"?)
Tom Waits (that guy is so far out!)
and, wow, the dean of punkness his own self: Bob Dylan!

I bet they also think Exile on Main Street is "rad!"

I mean, I would have fainted if they mentioned SNFU or something, but give me a small break, please.
