I'm well pleased that the Reds are in the playoffs, sure. I'm not the biggest fan of the municipality of Cincinnati, what with their whole "they call D_____ the Gem City because it's the gem in the Queen City's crown" bullshit non-stop.But whatever! A co-worker is actually going to the game today. Good for him!
My issue, along the lines of how I abominate and all non-championship inter-league play, is that the League Championship (not the ones being played now) - seven games? No. Should be five, as it was always. I understand about $$$, but the Series is the October Classic, not the October Possibly Trailing Into the First Week of November Classic.
Is nothing sacred?
