So embarrassing

I'm sure it's just me, but there is something so awful about having to answer questions from an automated phone tree thing.  "Okay!  Now say your four hundred and twelve digit passcode number!" says the friendly disembodied school mom voice.  And then there's someone near you listening to all this.  Not that they know or care.  But I know.
