Basil cell??!?!?!?!1!?!

Well, I had never seen the word "basal" actually written out, so the other week I saw a typo somewhere that said "basil cell carcinoma," which brought me up short, because the whole time I've been hearing it wrong!  I thought.  Of course, it was a typo, and it's basal.

Whew!
