Elaine's wedding day

Was also looking for a picture of Ken Tynan's first wife Elaine Dundy - no, was reading about her novel The Dud Avocado, actually - and came across this picture of their wedding day.  What made me post this was the way-hot maid of honor: sort of a proto-Bianca Jagger. In 1951! Which made me realize there is a crying need for a web site where people post pictures of regular folks from the past who would be cute/hot by the exacting standards of today, instead of the baggy Eleanor Roosevelt-ness one imagines was the overriding norm.  Like Gene Tierney types.  That sort of thing.
