An interesting building I'd never been in before

Had to go pick up some tee shirts yesterday for Friday's river cleanup canoe thingy I'm going on...was puzzled to head to 38 E Monument and find it was a beautiful place dedicated to conservation.  Surprised that it has not been demolished and had its bricks ground to a fine black ash for use in neck tattoos.  Oh, well, I'm sure it's coming!
Dude in 1920 testing valves on local deluge-defying dam built after the Great
Flood.  140psi, Barometric pressure 29.9 and rising, humidity 38%, etc...
