Goodbye, Nancy

Wasted a lot of time watching Weeds and finally stopped somewhere in Season 7, if that's the one where la Botwin is up out of jail and everyone is in New York.  Gotta assume Nancy's ridiculous selfish ass gets killed at the end, but am beyond caring because now we love Olivia Pope and are six episodes into Scandal, which is SO so so SO much better, barring a brace of caveats: 1) I really hope they outgrow their default "camera tracking past a lamp" unnecessary tracking shot blurrage every twenty goddamn seconds and 2) turns out this show has nothing to do with the eponymous 1989 Profumo scandal epic, despite my strongest desires for this be a spinoff of that, similar in quality to the 1980-ish spinoff of Animal House called Delta House.
