Griz

Here's Griselda, or Griz, familiarly. She lives in our friends' apartment courtyard in Chicago, despite entreaties from all and sundry to come live, y'know, inside (she's under the planter):

Truly a cat who gives not a f-ck!

Last September, our friends tried in earnest to bring her in to their pad. I had puzzled emails the next morning that she was "gone." I thought "Impossible!" "Check behind the stove, fridge, etc." But no, she was gone...

Then, this was found:
