Daikon!


Seriously, quitcher bitchin' and just make some of this...I sort of always want to make this but rarely do. But I did last night and it was the whip!


*Daikon radish (one, two, whatever), sliced in sorta big
matchsticks



* a bit of carrot in strips with a peeler



*some white vinegar, enough that stuff is dampened a bit, but don't soak it
- use your goddam head



*1/2 tablespoon or so kosher salt



*dash of sugar



*some red pepper flakes



Combine and refrigerate for the length of an album side, at minimum. Maybe
shake it.


WHY AREN'T YOU DOING THIS?
I look forward to making this in the summer as a side. Like, negative calories 'n' shit.
