Our neighborhood got a 300K grant for street improvements along our Olmstead-designed main thoroughfare and this led to the Bride ('hood association prez, doncha know) having to speechify from the gazebo. For some reason, the picture have failed to mainfest in my camera. Which sometimes occurs.

Anyway, from here it's a simple two steps to the White House for her. Think of all the room for paperbacks in the basement there!

Also, thought it would be bad form to make off with one of the ceremonial spray-painted gold shovels that the city brought out for the groundbreaking...but I did think about it!
