The airline breast defined!

Was out at nice Italian joint Friday and had the "airline breast" with panzanella, etc.  But what, we all head-scratched, was an airline breast?

A glance at the web says it's a term from the sixties and means:


It is a boneless breast portion with the first wing segment (the "drummette") attached

So that it is being put on nice menus in D_____ means that Mad Men is pretty much over, done for, kaput...
