Went to make my homemade (well, work-made) salad dressing (red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic [smashed], salt, oregano, cayenne and, for the nonce, some seven dollar dijon I got for a buck as it was a discontinued item [another win!]) for m'lunch and was gutted to see I was out of vinegar and had forgotten I was, what with everything going on (?).Looked around for some vinegar to no avail, so was forced to use TABASCO for my vinegar-y liquid.
It's INSANE.
