No such thing as too much garlic,

BUT Sunday we went to the local garlic fest thing and had, among other items, a "seafood salad" that was basically bits of shrimp and tiny bay scallops in the most overwhelming skorthalia sauce in the history of man, or, at least, since Roman times.

I think I can still feel it!
