Have made a solemn vow to swathes of friends that we won't become the kind of parents who are bothersome about a baby...in fact, I will be hard-pressed (in my advanced years) to remember to bring the critter in from the car. Not even gonna have a crib, just a Dash Snow-style nest of shredded copies of Franny and Zooey.

Other friends are excited! Just wait for Season 3 of Dealing With It!

I intend blog service to be uninterrupted by news of Baby's First Haircut or other such emotional dross. The kid can start its own dumb blog, or find some other way to bring in some goddam moolah. (?)
