Somehow we escaped the hospital after Rafe was born without him getting his Mandatory-in-D_____ tattoo!

He decided he wants this:

Says Rafe: "If I must by law, I'll get this.  It's absurd and funny for a baby to have this tattoo, plus it could promote safety among my fellow babies."
