Our friends at Tacqueria Mixteca bring out regular salsa, which is awesome, then a sort of pureed jalapeno sauce, some tomatillo-based sauce (also green), and then the most epic of mexi-sauces I've ever had, pretty much. It's chipotle-based, we all agree, but the little spicy bits hang suspended in some loose colloidal orange stuff...it is the most wonderful stuff in existence (and not just because I have been up doing shit since 5:30 am and am dying for some lunch).
Plus the store baby is less than a month away!
