No shit, I'm doing the full Sunday Sauce a la Goodfellas (ours will have meatballs and braciole) in time for Sunday football. Very excited about this! The butcher at the grocery even gave me proper butcher's twine to tie up the braciole. This will be sick. If it turns out well, I'ma do it again afore Christmas with double amounts and freeze the extra and just bust it out through the winter.
