Epigram Suppliers, Ltd

Business of the Day, part two: are you writing a novel, but lack the necessary erudition to come up with a deeply felt epigram to start it off? Well, call me! I like to read books, and, moreover, I like to spot certain sentences that would give a gravitas to your grubby manuscript. Eg, last night, reading A Coffin for Dimitrios, I found a good one, one that you can have this time for FREE:

"A letter of introduction is an uneasy document." - Eric Ambler, A
Coffin for Dimitrios

Need another? Give me five, I'll dig up something from Ephesians or maybe from Theories of the Leisure Class.
