A seminar I need to attend

Certain sauces come with their caps sealed down tight even in a box, thanks to that Tylenol asshole in 1982 or whenever it was. The problem is, while the cap can be removed with plastic on, some products' protective seals then lack any serration and it's a drag getting the plastic off. First, since one is in the kitchen, a fork close at hand might be grabbed, but these NASA-plastics aren't super giving. The knife that would work best is in the (running) dishwasher. So, one must walk to the black lacquer Chinese cabinet and fish around for scissors. Which may be out in the yard.

If anyone knows of a free public seminar on this dilemma, especially if there is free, quality coffee offered, please leave word of this in comments, after you join as a follower.
