All existing proposed legislation utterly ignores where 90% of carbon and pollutants comes from: the constantly booger-y eyes of our cat Picci!
Seriously, every morning I scrape the black pig-slurry from the corners of her porcine peepers!
Until this issue is addressed, any efforts to control/change/improve carbon-based output on a global level will be moot!
