It's Biscuitmarie aka Marge/Gransel/Griffie/Minnin/Sluffwin/Shirtwheel/Marcy Partridge/Hepling/ad infinitum...and yes, she is sitting in front of a pillow of herself (gift from her grandmother, whom she can sometimes, in a certain type of late-afternoon sunbeam, resemble) ca. 1998!
She plows on, dude, sitting in the window, telling her baby sister to mind her portion sizes. Nearly SIXTEEN!
