I shit you not, you must make this. It is INSANE.You don't need a "rump" [heh!] steak; a London broil will suffice.
Also, this beef will be VERY rare in the middle, not to say raw. As in carpaccio-style rawness. But it shouldn't be a problem; who do you know who is going to gripe about it? You wouldn't be friends/family with someone like that.
