Had to check to see exactly when this came out (May, 1991) - which is great, because it was obviously pre-grunge and in that sort of '"Hey! Extreme 'More Than Words' Is Going to Number One!/Will E'nuff Z'nuff EVER Get Huge?" no-man's-period of Gulf War Mk1 is Over-ness. Kill Uncle...Anyway, I had the single linked below on cassingle. Yep. Which is available on Amazon for 12.99! Weird.
A fun mostly-forgotten hip-hop song that does indeed swerve in its bridges through doo-wop and reggae before closing with a Bad Brains-style raveup. All in less than 3 minutes, fifteen!
