Those interactive 2002-y web ideas like "Where's George?" that track a dollar bill from place to place, or track-a-paperback, or whatever, are all crappy/doomed because they lack the intrinsic cruelty upon which the web thrives.People want to participate, AND look down on others, right?
So, someone (read: you) needs to set up a site that couples faces-o'-meth/Smoking Gun style mug shots with SCHOOL PHOTOS of the captured saddo culprits!

CHECK: Bill (nee Billy) standing over his 4H grape project BEFORE that 22nd DUI!
Simple! Set up a clearinghouse address where people can send the scanned yearbook photos, post that stuff and a Stuff White People Like (irony!)/Post-Secret(sadness!)-style book deal can be Y'ALL's like that [snaps fingers]!
